The Milk Hauler
position is in the Procurement Department of the plant. Starting wage varies
from $14.75 to $16.50 with applicable differentials . This is a full
time position averaging 45 hours a week on a 3 week repeating schedule.
Shifts are generally 10 hours in length with regular and relief routes. No
over the road hauls. Applicants must have a valid Commercial Drivers License
(CDL) and two years of driving experience preferred. Other licenses that
apply to this position such as a Bulk Haulers License are not required;
although related experience will be considered. |

Quick Position Description
This position has three major accountabilities;
1. Safe Driving, 2. Customer Service, 3. Quality
Testing.
The first requires safe and efficient milk
transportation from our producers sites to the plant. Complying with DOT
regulations and exercising defensive driving techniques are a must. Second,
our haulers provide customer service to our producers, by providing reports,
making deliveries to or from the plant and other service items. Finally,
haulers perform quality testing on milk samples and regularly CIP equipment.
